You have now purchased your Covid test kit from YCT MedLabs ( in line with the UK governement guidlines. What should you expect once your purchase has gone through?

Payment Confirmation & Passenger Locator Form Number

You would receive an email a few minutes after making your purchase with key information regarding your purchase. You will also receive your UID (unique ID) which is also the same number you will need for your passenger locator form. 

You will also receive an email receipt from Stripe if you have purchased directly from our website.

Kit Dispatch

We ship immediately, hence it is important that you are sure you have purchased the right kit as it would be impossible to cancel once your kit has been dispatched. 

You will receive an email that shows the address you have provided and also the tracking information.

Royal Mail Delivery

If you have provided your email correctly and a UK phone number, you should receive an email and/or text message from Royal Mail with details of your shipment. 

Unfortunately, we have little control over the shipment hence are not able to influence the delivery process. If your kit appears to be stuck, you can log a ticket on our support desk and someone from our team would advice.
